Polls not loading during evening lecture

Polls weren't loading for about 40 students during tonight's lecture. Had to skip the activity entirely, professor wasn't happy. Can someone look into this?

Sorry about that, Dana — that's a rough one for a live lecture. Looks like a cached session token on the room's presenter device. Can you have them clear the browser cache and rejoin the session link?

Good timing too, honestly — we're actually planning to roll this out to the Business School and Engineering department starting next term. Becoming kind of a campus-wide thing for us now.
